Venue
The сonference took place in Kurchatov city of the East-Kazakhstan region based on RSE “National Nuclear Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The main venue was in Building 54 of the National Nuclear Center. Venues of breakout sessions are additionally reported.ARRIVAL AND ACCOMODATION
Conference participants should inform the Secretariat of the Organizing Committee via e-mail seraya@nnc.kz;irbe@nnc.kz or tel./fax 8(722-51) 2-22-44; 8(722-51) 2-34-13 prior to September 12, 2016 of the date and number of flight (trip) that you take as far as airports nearest to Kurchatov city (Semey, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Pavlodar) or as far as railway stations (Semey, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Pavlodar, Degelen). Each participant who arrives is met at the airport, railway station and transferred to hotels. The Secretariat helps you book a room. The Organizing Committee does not guaranteeе accommodation or meeting of participants who do not provide their arrival information. You are also kindly requested to take care of a return ticket in advance and report data on your departure to the Secretariat of the Organizing Committee. The arrangement fee charged from conference participants from Kazakhstan and CIS is 50 USA dollars, those from other countries – 250 USA dollars in tenge at the rate of MICEX as of the payment date. The sum of the arrangement fee includes payment of maintenance, collection of conference abstracts, coffee breaks and official receptions, cultural program and tours. The program of the conference provides for a concert program as well as visits to the museum of the former Semipalatinsk Test Site, tours to sites located in there: “Experimental Field”, “Atomic Lake”, materials science Tokamak КТМ, research reactors IGR and IVG.1М.Weather

The official languages of the conference are English and Russian; presentations are simultaneously translated. Duration of papers on the first day of the plenary session – 20-30 minutes, on the second day and the third – 15-20 minutes including questions. On the third day a session of poster presentations is planned. The scope of a poster presentation is 1-2 A1 sheets. Duration of a poster session – half a day. For high-quality simultaneous translations, speakers have to forward texts of their papers via e-mail or pass these to the Organizing Committee upon arrival to Kurchatov. 2 screens are assumed to be available in the conference hall, therefore two presentations are advised in Russian and English. Upon completion of the conference, publication of a book of abstracts was planned in electronic form (PDF) and posted at www.nnc.kz и www.irse.kz. Full texts of papers (Russian and English variants) are submitted to the address of the Secretariat until October 31, 2016 года on a compact disk or via e‑mail: seraya@nnc.kz and attached to a letter as a file in MS Word format. While preparing the text of the paper use 12-point Times New Roman print. The scope of text at plenary sessions should not exceed 10 pages, for other papers – not more than 6 A4 pages (210×297 mm) with margins: top, lower, left are 25 mm; right – 15 mm. The name of a presentation is typed in capital letters. The text of initials and last names of authors, names of organizations including a country they represent are double-spaced. After that, the text of the paper is single-spaced by leaving 2 spacings from the line above. Illustrations and references should be included in the paper text.KEY DATES
