Steering Committee Meeting – SCM2024

On June 10 and 11, 2024, a Steering Committee Meeting was held in Almaty – SCM2024 associated with the 30^th anniversary of the scientific and technical cooperation between the Nuclear Human Resource Development Center of the Japan Atomic Energy Agency (JAEA), the National Nuclear Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Institute of Nuclear Physics. The delegation of the JAEA’s Nuclear Human Resource Development Center of was headed by a director Mr. Yoshihiro Nakano and a general manager Mr. Takehisa Ohkura. The event was also attended by the staff members of the National Nuclear Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Ms. M.T. Abisheva and Mr. A.Zh. Miniyazov. The main subjects for discussion were current achievements in the field of staff training for atomic industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan and future cooperation prospects.
